Delivery Policy and Information

U.S. and Canadian Delivery:

Most flowers and plants can be delivered anywhere within the 50 United States and Canada. All charges are in U.S. dollars. Arrangements and containers may vary in size and appearance due to seasonal and geographic availability and design interpretation. Teleflora urges you to order at least five days prior to any major holiday.

  • Same day delivery
    Monday – Friday: For same day delivery, orders must be placed before 2:00 PM in the recipients' time zone.

    Saturday: For same day delivery, orders must be placed before 12:00 noon in the recipients’ time zone. Orders placed on Saturday after 12:00 noon in the recipients' time zone will be delivered the following Monday.

    Major Holidays: Early ordering is strongly encouraged during major holidays. Same day delivery may not be available for Mother’s Day and Valentine’s Day. Other major holidays will require orders to be placed before 12:00 noon in the recipients’ time zone for same day delivery Monday – Saturday.

    Unfortunately, we cannot guarantee a specific time frame for delivery.

  • Service Charges
    To cover the cost of processing your order, a web service charge of $14.99 is assessed per item for all orders.
  • International Delivery
    Orders for delivery outside the 50 United States or Canada are considered international orders. International orders can only be placed by phone. For pricing and product availability, please call our helpful customer service associates at (800) 251-9254.

  • International Service and Shipping Charges
    An additional $15.00 wire transmission fee will be added to the service & shipping charge per item on all International orders. All charges are in U.S. dollars.

  • Delivery Schedule
    International orders require 2-3 business days for delivery depending on the recipients' location. There are no weekend deliveries.

Teleflora has a friendly professional staff available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week to take your order or answer any customer service inquiries.

Please keep in mind, most floral shops are closed on Sundays and National holidays (example: July 4th or Labor Day), therefore delivery on these days cannot be guaranteed. Teleflora urges you to order at least five days prior to any major holiday.

Substitution Policy

Colors, varieties, containers, and availability of items shown may vary due to seasonal demand, prices and delivery area . If it becomes necessary to make substitutions to guarantee freshness and/or delivery in a timely manner, we will proceed on your behalf (without notification) using items of equal or greater value. Special care will be taken to maintain the style, theme and color scheme of your arrangement.
